- Authority to act - Signatories
- Email Indemnity (for clients with email address)
- Proof of Foreign Address (for Non-Resident clients)
- Resident / Work Permit (for Non-Ghanaians)
- Unabridged birth certificate for minors (under 18 years)
Corporates/Institution
- Authority to act - Signatories
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate to Commence Business
- Board resolution to open account and nomination of signatories
- Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association (Forms A, 3, 17)

- Partnership Deed (where applicable)
